Every room has two single beds, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a private bathroom, and a small kitchenette with a refrigerator.
There are two sea-view rooms with private balconies, and one mountain-view room with a balcony occasionally accessed by staff. The mountain-view balcony is not exclusively private.
All rooms are on the first floor, accessible only by stairs. Cars cannot reach the building directly. Park near either end of Tarti Beach and walk to the property.
Breakfast is not provided. Guests have a small kitchenette and refrigerator for simple self-catering.
